Getting married? Congratulations! Music is a huge part of your special day and you’re in safe hands with Woody. Whether you’re after acoustic music, DJ music, or both, Woody can service you entire day from start to finish.

  • With years of experience performing at weddings, Woody has compiled a vast repertoire of songs to choose from for your aisle entrance, registry signing and aisle exit.

  • Before the ceremony begins, Woody can provide music for up to 15 minutes while guests arrive

  • If there are any particular ceremony songs you have in mind that are not in Woody's repertoire, he is happy to learn it for your special occasion upon request.

  • Professional audio equipment included

Woody will perform acoustic covers for up to 2 hours after the ceremony and before the reception, while canapés/cocktails are being served.

  • Woody will tailor his set to suit the mood, with a versatile set list for chill background tunes, and can also ramp it for some more upbeat vibes.

  • Collaborating with Woody in the lead-up, you will be able request which songs from his repertoire you would like him to perform

  • Professional audio equipment included

Your choice of DJ music, acoustic party music, or both up until midnight

  • Acoustic and/or DJ sets of music throughout the night between formalities/dinner

  • Requests can be made to the act prior and during the night. From the first dance onwards, Woody launches into his first set of high energy DJ dance floor songs as well as elements of live instrumental performance an singing, putting on the biggest party songs as backing tracks and he becomes the ultimate showman. He likes to sing and interact with the crowd, and to give your guests a night of memorable moments.

PARTY LIGHTING 🚨 Woody can provide industry standard party lighting should you require it for your wedding. INCLUDED FREE IN RECEPTION & FULL PACKAGE

OVERTIME (AFTER MIDNIGHT) ⏰ Woody's reception packages run until midnight, however, if you want the party to continue beyond that, please feel free to add overtime to your booking.

PRE WEDDING CALL-OUT 🚙 Do you require Woody there for a ceremony rehearsal before the big day? Want to catch up to discuss the wedding entertainment in person? Woody is available before the wedding to assure that you have the peace of mind that everything will run perfectly come wedding day. Fee available on request.

So You’ve Confirmed Your Booking, What’s Next?

  • DEPOSIT - Your booking will be confirmed you have paid your deposit. You will receive an invoice on the back of the booking process which will outline the deposit amount, as well as the full amount for Woody’s services.

  • SPREADSHEET - In the lead-up to your wedding, Woody will contact you with a link to a spreadsheet to populate with any specific songs the be played throughout the course of the day & night (Ceremony/Canapes/Reception). If you need additional assistance or ideas for songs, Woody has lots of great suggestions.

  • ZOOM CALL/MEET UP - In the two months leading up to your wedding, Woody will reach out to arrange a chat with you. This is an opportunity to talk about the wedding music in more detail, ask any questions you may have for Woody and vice-versa. This can be easily arranged over Zoom, or also in person if you live nearby to Prahran, Melbourne.

  • EMAIL & TEXT - For anything else, you are able to chat to Woody via email, text or phone call. His contact details will be shared with you upon confirmation.
